Manga/Anime Gallery Suggestion: Fanart Subcategory

What is it?

A way to help reduce the number of miscatgorized deviations in the Manga/Anime gallery. A lot of fanart is submitted into the M/A gallery under the assumption that is where it belongs. Any drawings of a copyrighted character, or any drawings of copyrighted creations or universes belong in the fanart gallery.

Where will the drawings end up if fanart is selected?

The proposed change would place them in the Fanart > Manga & Anime > Miscellaneous gallery. This would be in order to keep the submission process as simple as possible, and would not need to create multiple new gallery branches.

Does this apply to Anime/Manga > Digital Art as well?

Yes. It would be the same situation for the digital art, only the fanart pictures would go to the Fanart > Manga & Anime > Digital Art > Miscellaneous gallery.
