I myself draw fanart and original characters, I am not against fanart, but I wanted something for Original Characters. I originally told ^guruubii about my idea for the contest while she was still the Manga/Anime gallery director. And now, thanks to her sister, ^misskittyoooo the contest was launched and it became a huge success in my opinion. Though at times it was difficult to deal with, I pulled though.

I must say, I got a few people who wanted to enter that had anthro characters, trust me when I say, I WANTED to include anthro characters, but I had to stop and think to myself "do i really have the ability to hold a tri-gallery contest? Do I have the time?" and the most important one was "Do I have the money to pay for prizes in a third category?" I wanted to, trust me.
