This got delayed due to real life problems... like being told that I'm going to be losing my job on the day of dA's birthday.
So yeah, I kinda totally didn't do this, but then I just got busy until now.
Anyway, my story begins over 10 years ago.
I was on this website called the Tails Archive, it was a forum and I saw my friend Jon post a link to dA (I was twelve at the time) to dA, and I was like "What is this art site, it looks confusing." and I left, but the site itself never really left my mind.
Anyway, from that time onward, I wanted to be able to draw. So when I finally was able to be at a place where I didn't have to trace everything, I joined. That was June 4th, 2004. I was thirteen years old, and at the end of my eighth grade year.
Throughout the years here on dA, I have learned many things. How to be a better artist, photographer, writer, and just a better person overall. I have learned so much and done so many things. The friendships I have made here, even if most of them have faded away, remain in my heart.
I worked hard for many years, trying my best for the community. January 1st, 2011 I became a senior member. Not even two weeks later on January 13th, I became a (now) community volunteer for the Manga & Anime gallery.
It was a lot of fun. I also got to meet my gay soulmate, AwsumZ
Tell Dean that he's a loser though. Please.
Even though I know nowadays that I am not really here anymore, not active anymore as I used to be, I still care for everyone on here so much. Ten years is a long time to be committed. Things have changed a lot for me in these past ten years, but I'm still here everyday. I hope that I can keep being on this website and keep making connections for as long as possible.
I know its not exciting, but that is my dA story.
